Whisk together soy sauce, honey, sriracha sauce, and sesame oil in a mixing bowl. Set aside.
Season both sides of the pork chops with salt and pepper.
Pour the canola oil into a large oven proof skillet and bring to medium-high heat. Once simmering, add the chops. Cook for about 3-4 minutes per side, until browned.
Generously spoon the sweet and spicy sauce over the chops. Place the skillet in the oven and bake for 6-8 minutes.
Remove from the oven. Transfer the pork chops to serving plates. Enjoy!

Honey Sriracha Pork Chops
Serves 4
Ingredients:
4 bone-in pork chops
1 tablespoon soy sauce
2 teaspoons honey
1/4 cup sriracha sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil
Salt, to taste
Ground black pepper, to taste
1 tablespoon canola oil
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375° F.
