Ingredients:
4 tablespoons turkey drippings 2 tablespoons unsalted Butter 3 tablespoons flour 2 cups chicken stock Kosher salt, to taste Black pepper, to taste
Directions: Stir together the turkey drippings and the unsalted butter in a saucepan on low heat. Whisk in flour and cook to form a roux that is lightly browned. Slowly add chicken stock, stirring constantly until smooth. Simmer 10 minutes. Adjust seasonings with salt and pepper.
