Preheat oven to 350° F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Combine apple pie spice and brown sugar in a small bowl. Set aside.
Open crescent roll can, separate each crescent roll and arrange on the baking sheet. Spoon small amount of brown sugar mix on each crescent roll. Place even amount of pecans on each roll.
Dip apple slices in butter. Place one apple slice on wide end of each crescent roll. Wrap crescent roll around apple.
Brush tops of crescent rolls with remaining butter. Sprinkle with additional apple pie spice.
Place in oven and bake for 10-12 minutes. (Should be golden brown)
Remove from oven and let cool for five minutes before serving.

Mini Green Apple Pie Bites
Serves 8
Ingredients:
3 tablespoons melted butter
1 can refrigerated crescent rolls
1/4 cup light brown sugar
1 Granny Smith apple, cored and cut into 8 slices
1 teaspoon apple pie spice, more for topping
1/3 cup chopped pecans
