Grilled Salmon with Garlic-Butter Sauce

Ingredients:
4 salmon fillets, 6 oz each
Sea salt, to taste
Ground black pepper, to taste
4 tablespoons unsalted butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
Directions:
Pat dry the salmon fillets with paper towels. Season both sides with salt and pepper.
Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Brush the grill grates with olive oil.
Melt the butter in a saucepan over low heat. Stir in the minced garlic. Cook for 2 minutes.
Place the salmon fillets skin-side down on the grill. Cook for 7 minutes. Then flip and brush the fillets with the garlic-butter sauce. Cook for an additional 5 minutes. Remove the salmon from the grill.
Place the salmon fillets on serving plates. Spritz the salmon with lemon juice. Enjoy!
