Chocolate Banana Bark

A healthy way to feed your sweet tooth.

Ingredients:

2 semi-ripe bananas
1/3 cup creamy peanut butter
1 1/2 cups dark chocolate chips

Directions:

  1. Line a medium baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Peel and slice the bananas into thick slices. Then arrange them on the baking sheet.
  3. Warm the peanut butter in a microwave safe bowl for about 10 seconds. Spread the peanut butter evenly over the bananas, cover completely.
  4. Place the baking sheet in the freezer for 20 minutes.
  5. Add the chocolate chips into a microwave-safe bowl. Warm for 30 seconds, until melted.
  6. Pour the melted chocolate over the peanut butter and bananas, cover evenly.
  7. Place the baking sheet back into the freezer for 2 hours to fully set.
  8. Remove the baking sheet from the freezer. Flip over the baking sheet and peel off the parchment paper. Cut or break the banana bark into 12 pieces. Enjoy!
