Spicy Turkey and Green Bean Stir-fry

Ingredients:
1 lb green beans
4 teaspoons coconut oil
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 1/2 lb ground turkey
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons minced ginger
2 tablespoons rice vinegar
4 tablespoons soy sauce
2 teaspoons chili garlic paste
Directions:
Preheat the oven to broil. Line a baking pan with aluminum foil.
Place the green beans in a mixing bowl. Pour 2 teaspoons of the coconut oil over top and toss to coat.
Spread the green beans across the baking pan. Place in the oven to broil for 6-8 minutes until the green beans are just beginning to char.
Pour the sesame oil and remaining 2 teaspoons of coconut oil into a large pan, bring to medium-high heat. Once hot, add the ground turkey, garlic, and ginger. Cook and stir until the turkey is fully browned.
Add the green beans to the pan and stir together. Pour the rice vinegar, soy sauce, and chili garlic paste into the pan. Cook and stir for 1 minute.
