Garlic Brown Sugar Chicken Thighs

Serves 6 | 
Exceptionally savory and sweet with a hint of heat.

Ingredients:

3 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs
2/3 cup chicken broth
5 tablespoons soy sauce
1/2 cup brown sugar
3 tablespoons chili garlic paste
10 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
2 sprigs green onion, diced

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400° F.
  2. Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels. Place the chicken in a large baking dish.
  3. Combine the chicken broth, soy sauce, brown sugar, chili garlic paste, garlic, and black pepper in a pan. Bring to a simmer on low heat, stirring often. Pour the sauce over the chicken in the large baking dish. Place in the oven to bake for 40 minutes.
  4. Remove the baking dish from the oven.
  5. Transfer the chicken thighs to serving plates. Garnish with green onions. Enjoy!
