A frozen cocktail unlike any other.

Ingredients:

1/4 cup toasted walnuts

2 oz walnut flavored liqueur

2 oz brandy

2 cups sliced fresh peaches, plus 2 slices reserved for garnish

2 cups vanilla ice cream

2 tablespoons bittersweet chocolate shavings

Directions:

In a blender, grind the walnuts. Add the liqueur, brandy and peaches, blend on high. Add the ice cream and blend until smooth.
Pour into 2 tall chilled glasses and garnish with chocolate shavings. Arrange 1 peach slice on the edge of each glass and serve immediately.
