Dutch Apple Pie
Serves 8
Ingredients:
3/4 cup sugar
2 tablespoons flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 egg, beaten
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup sour cream
2 cups chopped peeled Gala apples
1 pie shell, 9 inches
For Streusel Topping:
1/3 cup flour
1/3 cup packed brown sugar
2 tablespoons cold butter
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375° F.
