Baked Barbecue-Style Chicken Wings

These are some of the tasitest wings outside a restaurant.

Ingredients:

16 chicken drumettes
1/2 cup ketchup
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 tablespoon honey
1 clove garlic, minced

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375° F.
  2. Rinse chicken and pat dry. Arrange wings on a baking pan. Bake for 20 minutes. Drain fat from pan.
  3. For the sauce, mix together ketchup, onion, vinegar, honey and garlic in a mixing bowl. Brush wings with the sauce. Place back in the oven and bake for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and turn wings over, brush wings with sauce. Place back in the oven and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes.
