Fried Ravioli

Ingredients:
2 lb ravioli
1 quart buttermilk
2 cups breadcrumbs
2 quarts corn oil
1 quart marinara

Procedure:

Pour the buttermilk into a large bowl and pour the corn oil into a fryolator and heat to 350°. Add the bread crumbs to a separate bowl. Begin adding the frozen ravioli, 6 at a time, to the buttermilk, coat with breadcrumbs, then place in the fryolator basket. Deep fry the ravioli until golden and serve with marinara.
