Cold Tortellini Salad
1 lb. Venda Tri-Color Tortellini, 1 pint Ciliegine (Mozzarella Balls), ½ cup Black Olives (sliced), 1 pint Cherry Tomatoes, ¼ cup Onion (diced), ½ cup Fresh Basil (thinly sliced), ½ cup Olive Oil, ¼ cup Vantia Balsamic (optional), Salt, Pepper, Garlic Salt To Taste
Place tortellini in a large stockpot of salted boiling water. Cook until al dente. Drain and cool. Place pasta in a large stainless bowl (optional). Add all ingredients and mix well. Serve cold with ciabatta bread.
